Produced locally, Karton Flexi-Wall is a modular system that can be assembled into freestanding, temporary partitions and backdrops without hardware, tools or damage to existing structures.

Made from 100% recyclable materials, Karton Flexi-Wall comes in 6 bright and bold colours as well as kraft. It comes in packs of 24 modules (sheets). Reshape your office, reception area, lobby or hall. Karton Flexi-Wall also works a treat in retail displays and at trade shows and events. The System can be configured to create doorways and corners, easily adjusting to any indoor space.

  • How do I figure out how many boxes I need?
    In the closed configuration, one pack covers 1.4 m2 (approx)_
    In the open configuration, one pack covers 1.85 m2 (approx)
    A Karton Flexi-Wall is 40cm wide
    Recommended maximum height: 3.5m

  • How much Karton Flexi-Wall do I need?
    

    Multiply the length and height of the space required (this will give you m2). Decide whether you will construct in an open or closed configuration. Divide your desired area (m2) by either 1.4 (closed) or 1.85 (open).

  • How many modules come in a box?
    The Karton Flexi-Wall  is available in packs of 24 modules. 

  • How durable is the Karton Flexi-Wall?
    The Karton Flexi-Wall is fairly resilient, although the modules will crush if they are kicked, punched, stepped on or bumped.  Please recycle damaged or unwanted modules. The Karton Flexi-Wall is suitable for commercial and residential applications. Karton Flexi-Wall  has been used in retail, trade shows, event design, stage design and numerous other applications that require sturdy, cost effective space dividers.

  • How do I install the Karton Flexi-Wall ?
    No tools or hardware are necessary. Follow the instructions carefully.

  • Are the modules fire rated for commercial applications?
    Karton Flexi-Wall is not available with a fire rating.

  • How thick are the modules?
    The modules are approximately 4 mm thick.

  • What are the acoustic properties of Karton Flexi-Wall?
    The Karton Flexi-Wall   is not designed to be an acoustic product, however, it does offer some acoustic benefits. No testing is currently available.

  • How heavy are the modules?
    Each module is approximately 159gm

  • How do I clean the Karton Flexi-Wall?
    The Karton Flexi-Wall should be dusted or vacuumed regularly. Minor stains and dirt can be removed with a lightly damp cloth.

  • Is the Karton Flexi-Wall water-resistant?
    The Karton Flexi-Wall is not water-resistant, but may be cleaned with a lightly damp cloth.

  • Can I use the Karton Flexi-Wall in a bathroom or in a kitchen?
    We do not recommend using the Karton Flexi-Wall System in the bathroom, humid areas, or in any area wherein the product will be in contact with water. The Karton Flexi-Wall  is made of kraft paper, so moisture will damage it.

  • Can the Karton Flexi-Wall System be painted?
    Not finding the colour you need or want? Kraft modules can be painted with a variety of finishes. We recommend testing the finish on a piece of cardboard to determine if the finish will work well with our modules. Be sure to paint both sides of the modules to prevent warping. 

  • Can the modules be cut?
    Modules may be cut with a utility knife or scissors. Mark the modules lightly with a pencil so that you can erase your marks. Use care when handling sharp tools.

  • We’re sure that you will fall in love with your piece of Karton the minute it arrives. In the unlikely event that you have a change of heart, you are welcome to return it to us unfolded and unused in its original unmarked condition.

    We have a 7 day money back guarantee, so all you need to do is:
    - Return the goods purchased in their original condition and packaging with all the accessories.
    - If the item was faulty we can replace it for you or refund your money. Simply tell us which you’d prefer.

    There are a few conditions that apply. They are:
    - The 7 days run from the day you receive the goods. In the absence of proof, we’ll assume you received the goods 3 days after dispatch.
    - We will not refund the cost of freight (either to or from you).

• Delivery

  • Do I need to be at home to receive delivery?
    Usually someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery. However, you can give us written authority to issue instructions for your delivery to be left without a signature. Simply add your authority and any specific instructions to the Delivery Instructions comment box at checkout.

    How much does delivery cost?
    Our delivery charges are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout.

    Where do you deliver?
    KARTON delivers Australia-wide. Please send us an email if you are outside of Australia telling us exactly which items you are after and your delivery address. We will let you know if we can help you.

    Can I pick up my purchase from your warehouse?
    No - We do not offer this service.

    Will you deliver to a post office box?
    All orders are dispatched by our Australia wide courier system. Delivery to a PO Box isn’t an option as part of this system.

    Does your delivery fee include insurance?
    Yes, your order is fully insured.

    When will you dispatch my order?
    Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 3-4 business days. If you need an order dispatched sooner please send us an email and lets discuss your delivery requirements.

    Can I track the progress of my order?
    Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
    

    Transport times and deliveries outside of Victoria?
    Approximate transport times measured in business days are: Melbourne +1 (i.e. you should receive your order one day after dispatch) Sydney/Adelaide +2, Brisbane +3 and Perth +4. Delivery to country areas will take an extra day or 2. Please note that we cannot deliver interstate overnight.
