We’re sure that you will fall in love with your piece of Karton the minute it arrives. In the unlikely event that you have a change of heart, you are welcome to return it to us unfolded and unused in its original unmarked condition.

We have a 7 day money back guarantee, so all you need to do is:

  • Return the goods purchased in their original condition and packaging with all the accessories
  • If the item was faulty we can replace it for you or refund your money. Simply tell us which you’d prefer 

There are a few conditions that apply to this guarantee. They are:

  • The 7 days run from the day you receive the goods. In the absence of proof, we’ll assume you received the goods 3 days after dispatch.
  • We will not refund the cost of freight  (either to or from you)
  • If you cancel your order after its been dispatched, we’ll treat it as if it’s a claim under and subject to the terms of this guarantee

 What do I do if I have a problem? You can either:

  • Return the goods as a claim under our 7 day money back guarantee or
