Made in Australia from 100% recyclable cardboard, double corrugations and multiple folds make it durable and sturdy; integrated handles make it easy to carry. The cardboard is manufactured from post-consumer waste paper and sustainably-managed plantation wood fibre.

  • We’re sure that you will fall in love with your piece of Karton the minute it arrives. In the unlikely event that you have a change of heart, you are welcome to return it to us unfolded and unused in its original unmarked condition.

    We have a 7 day money back guarantee, so all you need to do is:
    - Return the goods purchased in their original condition and packaging with all the accessories.
    - If the item was faulty we can replace it for you or refund your money. Simply tell us which you’d prefer.

    There are a few conditions that apply. They are:
    - The 7 days run from the day you receive the goods. In the absence of proof, we’ll assume you received the goods 3 days after dispatch.
    - We will not refund the cost of freight (either to or from you).

• Delivery

  • Do I need to be at home to receive delivery?
    Usually someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery. However, you can give us written authority to issue instructions for your delivery to be left without a signature. Simply add your authority and any specific instructions to the Delivery Instructions comment box at checkout.

    How much does delivery cost?
    Our delivery charges are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout.

    Where do you deliver?
    KARTON delivers Australia-wide. Please send us an email if you are outside of Australia telling us exactly which items you are after and your delivery address. We will let you know if we can help you.

    Can I pick up my purchase from your warehouse?
    No - We do not offer this service.

    Will you deliver to a post office box?
    All orders are dispatched by our Australia wide courier system. Delivery to a PO Box isn’t an option as part of this system.

    Does your delivery fee include insurance?
    Yes, your order is fully insured.

    When will you dispatch my order?
    Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 3-4 business days. If you need an order dispatched sooner please send us an email and lets discuss your delivery requirements.

    Can I track the progress of my order?
    Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
    

    Transport times and deliveries outside of Victoria?
    Approximate transport times measured in business days are: Melbourne +1 (i.e. you should receive your order one day after dispatch) Sydney/Adelaide +2, Brisbane +3 and Perth +4. Delivery to country areas will take an extra day or 2. Please note that we cannot deliver interstate overnight.
