Do I need to be at home to receive delivery? Usually someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery. However, you can give us written authority to issue instructions for your delivery to be left without a signature. Simply add your authority and any specific instructions to the Delivery Instructions comment box at checkout.
How much does delivery cost? Our delivery charges are based on weight and location and are calculated at checkout.
Where do you deliver? KARTON delivers Australia-wide. Please send us an email if you are outside of Australia telling us exactly which items you are after and your delivery address. We will let you know if we can help you.
Can I pick up my purchase from your warehouse? No - We do not offer this service.
Will you deliver to a post office box? All orders are dispatched by our Australia wide courier system. Delivery to a PO Box isn’t an option as part of this system.
Does your delivery fee include insurance? Yes, your order is fully insured.
When will you dispatch my order? Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse:
- The same day if you place your order before 10am
- The next business day if you place your order after 10am
When can I expect to receive my order? Approximate transport times measured in business days are: Melbourne +1 (i.e. you should receive your order one day after dispatch) Sydney/Adelaide +2, Brisbane +3 and Perth +4. Delivery to country areas will take an extra day or 2.
Can I track the progress of my order? Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
